Jeff Rinkus is the managing partner and founder of Billionize LLC., established in 2016 to revolutionize how companies scale. Jeff founded Billionize LLC. with the belief that companies should be able to multiply and grow without losing their unique culture, values, and identity.
In founding Billionize LLC., Jeff asked: “How can companies innovate while building a world-changing, profitable enterprise? And how do growing companies scale while maintaining their unique culture and sense of purpose?” In his search for answers, he brought together a team of premier business consultants to develop and provide sustainable, proven solutions supporting you to Billionize Your Business.
With extensive C-Level experience, Jeff and the Billionize team possess an experienced understanding of mergers and acquisitions and have a special talent for identifying the challenges and opportunities through due diligence processes to maximize company growth and value.
In his former role as Chief Operating Officer for ABB Optical Group, Jeff led the growth in operations to support ABB in advancing from an $80M regional contact lens distributor with limited profitability to a $1.2Bil in sales and $90M EBITDA national optical products provider.
In 2013, he led the successful integration of ABB’s chief competitor, Optical Distributor Group, increasing sales by $350M and doubling EBITDA
